The game crashes or freezes. What should I do?
First, try closing the game completely and reopening it. If the problem persists, please restart your device. If the crash still happens repeatedly, email us with your device model, OS version, game version, and a description of when the crash occurs (e.g., during a specific boss fight, after a skill use, etc.).

How do I transfer my progress to a new device?
Sign in with the same platform account (Game Center on iOS, Google Play Games on Android) on your new device. Your progress syncs automatically.
iOS는 Game Center, Android는 Google Play Games 계정으로 로그인하면 진행도가 자동 동기화됩니다.
I lost my progress / my save data is gone.
Check that you're signed into the same platform account that was used previously. If your progress still cannot be recovered, email us with your in-game nickname and approximate last-played date. We'll check our server-side leaderboard records.

Are there in-app purchases or ads?
Dungeon Tracer is a premium game with no ads and no in-app purchases. You pay once and get the full game.

I found a translation error / typo. How do I report it?
Send us an email with the language, the original text (or a screenshot), and your suggested fix. We update translations in every patch.
